The villa has 2 floors: the main house has a very spacious living-dining room with open kitchen. On this floor there is a guest toilet, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower. The ground floor, which you can reach via a separate entrance or via the stairs inside, has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.
On the large sunny terrace, adjacent to the living room and with a view of the Vega Baja, you will certainly spend many hours enjoying a nice drink. Enjoy a delicious breakfast outside in the morning, then take a lovely dip in your private pool, sunbathe on one of the sunbeds, is that great or not? Light the BBQ in the evening and your day can't go wrong. And then, especially in the summer period, enjoy seeing many fireworks in the evening.

It is part of a small urbanization with a beautiful communal pool. The house has a beautiful open and wide view over the urbanization Benimar, the valley to La Marina. All amenities, terraces, shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
It is about a 10 minute drive to the beautiful sandy beaches of Guardamar del Segura. There are daily lively markets in the surrounding towns and on Tuesdays in Benijófar. On the large covered terrace, adjacent to the living room, you will certainly spend many hours enjoying a nice drink. Have breakfast in the sun in the morning and then read a book on the lounge set. In the evening, have a nice BBQ on the large sunny roof terrace and your day can't go wrong. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms and is equipped with air conditioning in the living rooms and is luxurious and very tastefully decorated.
