The house is located directly on the beautiful communal swimming pool, which is situated in a tropical landscaped garden with sunbathing areas. There is a separate children's pool and a large pool.
At the front of the house you have a view of the salt lakes of La Mata and the Mediterranean Sea in the distance.
The lovely 14 km long sandy beach of Guardamar is about a 10 minute drive away. Also the beautiful cities such as Alicante, Elche and Murcia, which are definitely worth a visit, are within max. 50 minutes drive.
The house is 75m2 and is suitable for 4 people. The large communal pool is adjacent to the back terrace, ideal to spend a wonderful time.
Guests can use these 2 beautiful large communal swimming pools: 1 special children's pool and a large pool for experienced swimmers. The pools are located in a tropical garden with sunbathing areas.
Due to its favourable (sunny) location, this house is very suitable for wintering: everything is within easy reach.
The 14 km long beach of Guardamar can be reached in 10 minutes by car. In Rojales there is a lively market every Thursday. On Sunday there is a large market in the nearby campo de Guardamar.
