Beautiful cities such as Alicante and Murcia are definitely worth a visit and are also easily accessible.

The apartment is located on the Avenida de Cervantes with several restaurants, shops and a supermarket. The beautiful beach and the boulevard of Guardamar are located at the end of the street.

In the immediate vicinity is also the park “Reina Sofia” with various ponds, waterfalls, peacocks, turtles and a children's playground. At the end of the street is the sports complex with paddle courts, tennis courts and a large swimming pool. You can use this for a fee. The children can have a great time at the fun fair. In the summer months there are all kinds of stalls with nice things for sale near the park.
