The house has many terraces, open and covered, in or out of the sun, you can choose. In the main house there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and in the guest house, with its own entrance, there is also 1 large bedroom and a luxurious bathroom.

Guests can use the spacious communal swimming pool with sun terrace.

Due to the very favorable sun and wind position (due south), this house is very suitable for wintering.

The 14 km long beach of Guardamar can be reached in 10-15 minutes drive. In Rojales there is a lively market every Thursday.

On the ground floor is the spacious living/dining room. The sleek, modern, open luxury kitchen, with cooking island, has a fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave. Delicious cooking, does not have to be a problem here. Here is also a spacious master bedroom, with en suite a luxurious, glass bathroom with walk-in rain shower.

Upstairs are 2 spacious double bedrooms, 1 with its own sun terrace. These guests use the 2nd luxury bathroom also with walk-in rain shower.

All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.

In the large basement there is a separate room with a pool table. The washing machine, dryer and ironing board etc. are also located here.

There is an air conditioning/heating system throughout the house. There are electrically operated shutters everywhere.

From the covered terrace, but certainly from the roof terrace, there is a magnificent view of this nature reserve, the salt lakes and the Mediterranean Sea. The villa of approx. 90m2 is very completely furnished with comfortable furniture. You experience an atmosphere of coziness in the house.

There is a large sun terrace by the private pool and by the cozy outdoor kitchen, with fixed charcoal BBQ. You have a lovely covered terrace where you will certainly spend many hours.

All conceivable comfort and luxury are present, such as air conditioning in all rooms for the summer and for the winter months this can be converted to heating. The open kitchen is equipped with a combination microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, etc. You can enjoy the beach, sea, market, beautiful inland during the day. Or a nice city. Then in the evening, light the BBQ, have a nice glass of wine, dive into the pool: if that isn't a holiday feeling...

The beach and all amenities are easily accessible from here.

You can spend the winter in this villa. The terrace by the living room is completely closed off by glass panels.

You will enjoy the spectacular view over the urbanization, especially in the evening with all its lights. The house is located near the nature reserve Recorral. The lovely private pool is very sheltered. On the spacious sun terraces by the pool are nice seating areas and comfortable sun beds. There is also a spacious, partially covered terrace by the living room / kitchen, so you can always choose: in or out of the sun.

The living room has air conditioning which can be converted to heating in the winter period.

You should take into account that the swimming pool is built at a lower level, so you always have to walk stairs (15 in this case). So less suitable for people with walking difficulties or with very small children.

The village of Rojales, where all amenities are, is nearby. There is a lively market here on Thursdays.

The beautiful beach of Guardamar (14km long sandy beach) is just a 10-minute drive from the house.

After a wonderful day at the beach or after exploring the beautiful interior: light the BBQ in the evening, put on a nice piece of meat or fish, salad and a glass of wine: what more could you want during your holiday.

Op de begane grond  is de ruime woon- eetkamer. De strakke, moderne, open luxe keuken, met kookeiland,  heeft o.a. koel/vriescombinatie, oven, vaatwasser, inductiekookplaat, magnetron. Heerlijk kokkerellen, hoeft hier absoluut geen probleem te zijn. Hier is ook een ruime masterbedroom, met schuifpui naar het terras en een luxe, glazen badkamer met inloop regendouche en suite. Boven zijn 2 royale  2 persoons slaapkamers, ieder met een eigen terras met geweldig mooi uitzicht. Deze gasten maken gebruik van de 2de, luxe, badkamer ook met inloop regendouche. Alle slaapkamers hebben inbouwkasten.

Er is een apart gastentoilet. In de grote onderbouw is een aparte ruimte waar de wasmachine, wasdroger en strijkplank etc. staan. Door het hele huis is er een airco/verwarmingssysteem. Overal zijn er elektrisch bedienbare rolluiken. Op het grote zonnige terras, grenzend aan de woonkamer, zult u onder het genot van een lekker drankje zeker vele uurtjes doorbrengen. ’s Morgens heerlijk buiten ontbijten. Daarna heerlijk een duik nemen in uw privé zwembad, met zicht op de middellandse zee,  lekker zonnen op een van de ligbedden, is dat genieten of niet? ’s Avonds gezellig de BBQ aan en uw dag kan niet meer stuk.

Het is ongeveer 10 minuten rijden naar de prachtige zandstranden van Guardamar del Segura. Daarnaast zijn er gezellige markten in de omliggende plaatsen. In Rojales zelf is er elke donderdagmorgen een leuke markt. Het strand en alle voorzieningen zoals winkels, supermarkten, restaurantjes en terrasjes zijn van hieruit gemakkelijk te bereiken. Binnen 2 minuten staat u met de auto aan de golfbaan of in Rojales.

De gasten mogen gratis gebruik maken van de WIFI. De auto kan afgesloten geparkeerd worden. Het is een niet rokers huis.
Het huis heeft een gunstige ligging t.o.v. de zon. Daardoor is het huis uitstekend geschikt om te overwinteren.

There are several terraces with options for choosing between sun and shade. Lots of privacy. Also at the private pool there is a large terrace with lounge and seating options. In the basement of the villa is a separate apartment with large double bedroom, large bathroom and a separate sitting area. There is sufficient closet space in the villa. There is a great view over the Vega Baja and part of the golf course. The car can be parked closed on the large driveway.
