The sunny, modern apartment that we have for rent is located on the 3nd (top living floor) with elevator. On the 4nd th floor is the private roof terrace.
Guests can use 3 communal swimming pools with plenty of opportunities to sunbathe on the artificial grass around the pools. Furthermore, there is a paddle court (paddles available) for the tenants, a jeu de boules court, a playground for the smallest guests.
Due to the very favorable sun and wind position (due south), this house is very suitable for wintering.
